Michael Kitt

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Kitt has been a part of The Delves Group since June of 2006 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He has also been in private practice as an independent financial consultant since 1990 and currently consults to several non-profit organizations in the Chicago area that advocate for social justice and worker rights. Prior to that, he served as Controller of General Electric’s Information Services Division in Chicago.

Education

Mr. Kitt holds a BS in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Professional/Academic Affiliations, Achievements

Mr. Kitt serves as a Director on the Board of C4: Community Counseling Centers of Chicago, one of the largest non-profit behavioral health care service providers in Illinois, where he provides leadership in the areas of finance, strategic direction and board development. He is a Board member of Canterbury Northwestern; Northwestern University’s Episcopal Campus Ministry and serves as its Treasurer. He serves as vice-chair of the Development Board for The Christian Community Alternative Academy, an alternative high school in the Lawndale neighborhood on the west side of Chicago.

Mr. Kitt is ordained in the Episcopal Church and serves the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago as Chair of the Commission on Global Ministry. He is a member of St. Mary’s Park Ridge.
