Shep Washburn

Consultant

Shep Washburn, currently a Consultant at The Delves Group, works with Compensation Committees and Senior Management teams in various industries, such as manufacturing, retail, restaurants, high technology, higher education and consumer packaged goods, on executive compensation and broader corporate governance issues. His client experience includes developing compensation strategies that are aligned with business strategy, conducting competitive market assessments of executive and board compensation, designing and implementing annual and long-term plans and conducting pay-for-performance analyses. He works with clients at various stages of the business cycle, including high growth, mature, pre-IPO and M&A transactions.

Shep is a Board Member of the Lake Forest College Alumni Board, currently Co-Chairs the Development Committee and formerly Co-Chaired the Admissions Committee. Shep also serves on the Overture Council of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. He is a member of WorldatWork.

Prior to joining The Delves Group, Shep worked for Morgan Stanley and Dolan McEniry Capital Management.

Shep holds a B.A. from Lake Forest College with a double major in Business/Economics and Spanish.
