Shep joined The Delves Group bringing a diverse analytical and project management based background to the group. Directly prior to joining The Delves Group, Shep held an analytical position at Dolan McEniry Capital Management evaluating the credit worthiness of companies based on proprietary methods for fixed income investing. Before Dolan McEniry, Shep worked at Morgan Stanley in an analytical capacity as well. While at Lake Forest College, Shep was actively involved in many facets of the campus including leadership roles in Student Government and Board of Trustee committees as well as receiving multiple awards for his efforts.
