Professional Background
Alissa joined The Delves Group to provide support in analyzing and reviewing compensation issues. Her undergraduate studies focused on Training and Development within the workforce, as well as succession planning and organizational development. Her background in Human Resources is beneficial in understanding the background of her clients and provides a highly organized and detailed approach to her work. She is currently attending Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University to obtain her M.B.A. with dual concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management.

Alissa holds a B.S. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. M.B.A. in Finance and Human Resource Management from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business expected March 2009.

Alissa currently serves as the VP of Finance on the Kellstadt Student M.B.A. Association Board and is a member of Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
