Additionally, if the Board and Compensation Committee should be fully empowered with competitive information and analysis, a detailed compensation philosophy, and a range of alternative compensation solutions.
Approach Our approach to compensation consulting goes beyond the traditional survey-based analysis. We consider all aspects of client's current state of compensation, provide custom analysis of survey and proxy data, and analyze performance relative to target and market.
