Mike Hraha has been with The Delves Group since October 2006.  One of his greatest assets to the group is his extensive knowledge of our various surveys and analytical tools.  Another major asset to the Delves Group is Mike's five years experience in customer relations.  From this he has gained the skill of being both courteous and professional when working with clients. Mike has been directly involved in many innovative projects that have been taken on by The Delves Group since 2006.  These include non-executive job pricing & corporate compensation programs review, and underwater stock option exchange programs.  Mike has also been involved in various law cases, serving as analytical support for expert testimony on executive compensation by Don Delves. 

Mike Hraha holds a B.A. in Economics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
