Rich recently joined The Delves Group after completing his MBA in Analytic Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. During business school, he met Don Delves while studying corporate governance under Warren Batts, the 2006 NACD Director of the Year. He has 12 years of consulting experience with Watson Wyatt, Mercer, and Accenture. His work has focused on various aspects of defined benefit pension funding, M&A integration, and sales compensation administration.

Rich holds his MBA in Analytic Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, GSB. In addition to his MBA, Rich holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Insurance from Drake University.
