Vladan Jovanovic joined The Delves Group in 2006. Vladan's primary focus is consulting with clients in the banking and financial services industries. In addition to his consulting work, Vladan examines and identifies new opportunities for the Bank Practice, resulting in the development of new services and time-sensitive executive compensation and corporate governance data products.
Vladan also advises several clients in the private equity industry.
Services for these clients include structuring creative, performance-based equity compensation plans and exit strategies for the executive management teams of their portfolio companies in banking, real estate, healthcare, and retail industries.

Vladan is currently pursuing his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He previously earned a B.A. degree with triple concentration in business administration, marketing and business management from Kendall College.
